Wendi L. Wasik is an accomplished executive coach and organizational development executive. She has demonstrated expertise in leadership development, team building, systems thinking and transformational change. As an experienced facilitator, Wendi has worked with a wide range of leaders and industries, including: Advertising and Communications, Financial Services and Banking, Fashion and Beauty, Legal and Medical Services, Pharmaceutical, Real Estate, Retail Merchandising, and National Television Programming.
Wendi's approach offers a fresh perspective on the integration of individual performance, thought processes, and measurable business results. She enables her clients to think and act creatively by establishing a supportive learning environment. Wendi collaboratively builds a leader's capability to achieve personal and organizational strategic objectives, by helping her client move beyond self-limiting thought patterns and behaviors. With individuals and groups, she supports the transformation of visions into specific and measurable results.
Wendi holds a B.S. degree from Rosemont College in Psychology, and an M.S. degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania. She has attended international economic and organizational management seminars at Oxford University and The University of London. Wendi also has extensive training in leadership and public speaking from various international educational/consulting firms. In addition to broad career experience in marketing and advertising, Wendi has provided executive coaching, leadership and team development for individuals and corporations as a consultant for many years, and served as Vice President of Human Resources/Organizational Development for a leading national company.
